Things to consider when visiting 3WC
Welcome and we are delighted you are thinking about joining us. On Sundays we meet at the Anthony Wayne YMCA located at 1330 Michigan Ave. in Waterville. On Wednesdays we meet for study groups in various locations depending on the group. Feel free to contact us to find out what groups are going on when you want to visit and we would be happy to share leader contact info, along with location.
One thing to consider is that we are a casual dress church. What does mean you ask? It means we do not normally dress in shirt and tie, but anyone is welcome to if that is the way you dress. We dress modestly and comfortably. Normally that looks like jeans, pants, and shirts. We want you to be comfortable when you come to worship God.
Our worship style tends to be contemporary. We lean toward modern christian music, but we do sing older songs and hymns at times.
We do not believe one style of music is more holy than another. We sing to praise God in whatever form that takes.
Bible teaching is what you will find here. The old phrase “the truth and nothing, but the truth” best describes our pastors teaching.
We believe the Bible is the Word of God. Our belief is through a personal relationship with Jesus and guidance from the Bible each of us finds the Truth in our life. You will find no fluffy gospel here. The Truth can be hard to hear sometimes, but it will always set you free.
